You keep sending me the same email. This is frustrating. I would like to schedule my test for my license and I can't because y'all didn't send over my paperwork. Also can you issue a refund for my btw time because I didn't use it and I can't schedule it.
You can see all that but on my end I Still Don’t Have Access Whether you Verified it with the first request or not my access Was Not Granted .. I’ve emailed through yahoo and a majority of my emails I sent through the Student Services Portal so maybe it’s not working and neither is this because I’m just seeing your comment and it’s been a Whole Other Month. When you started the class you were given information on how to schedule your BTW lessons online the same as everyone that attend the school. We are located in the same buildings you attended as well as the other locations you could have walked in at any time. Our phone calls are all time and date stamped and recorded we received 3 calls from the number you have on file. So please forward to me how exactly were you trying to contact us so I can make sure this does not happen to anyone else. Good Afternoon, I finished my classes in December of 2019 and have been trying to contact someone since then with no reply, it’s been 5months today and I wanted to know if I would get a prorated refund for the BTW lesson portion because we are not able to attend.
