Service Description

You may schedule up to 2 hours per day, with a total limit of 6 hours for driving lessons. Health Precautions: If you are feeling unwell, cancel your appointment promptly to avoid any fee's. Arrival Requirements: No Pick-Up Service: Students are responsible for their own transportation to the scheduled location. Timing: Arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your lesson begins. Required Documentation: A valid Maryland-issued learner's permit must be presented at every lesson. Photos are not accepted. If required, wear your eyeglasses or contact lenses to meet vision standards. Preparation To understand the evaluation criteria for driving lessons, watch this instructional video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DfdB9ccs7oI&feature=youtu.be Appointments will be reviewed, and lessons may be canceled for any of the following reasons: * Exceeding the 6-hour total limit for lessons. * Booking more than 2 hours in a single day. * Having an outstanding balance on your account. * Unpaid no-show fees. (no-show fee must be PAID before scheduling further lessons) * Scheduling lessons on an inactive account. (Reinstatement required if over 5 months since last lesson) Additional Notes on Lesson Progression Program Requirements: Driving lessons are progressive and align with the mandatory MVA Rookie Driver Program. Students must complete the required practice hours outlined in the Rookie Driver Log. Failing to meet this requirement may result in failing the program. Progress Evaluation: * Instructors report progress to the MVA based on your logged hours and skill demonstration. * Lessons focus on specific maneuvers. If students are unprepared or lack practice, instructors will introduce these techniques, but improvement with his/her DRIVING COACH (Parents) is MANDATORY. Grading Scale: A grade of 1 indicates "Does not perform adequately with teaching." Students must demonstrate readiness and competence to pass evaluations.

Cancellation Policy

Upon booking your appointment, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details, including an electronic final exam, the date, time, and location. Following these instructions will allow us to streamline your process and ensure a smooth experience. Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment to allow for check-in and preparation. Late arrivals may result in rescheduling or cancellation of your appointment. MVA TEST - Must be paid 48 hours prior to the reservation date.
