This allows us to prepare for your visit, streamlining the process and minimizing your time in our office. Payment Options: Preferred: Use a credit/debit card at the time of booking. Alternative: Pay in person with the exact amount in cash. What to Bring to Your Appointment: Proof of Completion: Bring the letter or online completion certificate confirming you have completed the program. You may also email it to us; instructions will be provided in your email confirmation. Maryland State ID/Soundex Number: If you have one, bring it along. If not, a paper certificate will be provided.
