What to Bring to Your Appointment: - Proof of Completion: Bring the letter/ online completion certificate confirming you have completed the online program. You may also email it to us instructions will be provided on your email confirmation. - Maryland State ID/Soundex Number: If you have one, if not a paper certificate will be provided to you.
