Congratulations on Completing the Online Safe and Sober Program! To obtain your official MDOT, Certificate of Completion, please schedule an appointment with us. This allows us to prepare for your visit, streamlining the process and minimizing your time in our office. To receive credit for completing the Safe and Sober Program), you must schedule and take the final exam. You have two options: Virtual Exam: • We will send you a link for a virtual meeting where you can take the exam. • Once you complete the exam, we will update your status in the MVA’s portal within one hour and mail you your certificate. In-Person Exam: • You may also choose to take the exam in person. If you have any questions or need further assistance with scheduling, please feel free to contact us.
